Job responsibilities:

Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
