Job Details:

• Work in a Level 3 NICU providing patient care to infants as young as 23 weeks gestational age

• Function as part of a transfer center serving 9 counties

• Participate in nursing transport team for inter-facility transfers

• Work in a 20-bed open bay NICU environment

• Provider available in-house 24/7 for support

• Required certification: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

• Preferred certification: STABLE (Sugar and Safe Care, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, Emotional Support)

• Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC

• Experience in NICU nursing required

• Collaborate with great teamwork environment and friendly staff

This medical center operates a comprehensive Level 3 NICU that serves as a regional transfer center for nine counties. The facility provides specialized neonatal intensive care services with advanced capabilities to care for critically ill newborns, including extremely premature infants.
