This position involves supervising and directing nursing staff at various levels, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care according to established protocols and nursing processes.
• Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff, promoting efficient team collaboration.
• Coordinate care efforts with multiple healthcare disciplines to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Apply critical thinking and independent judgment in fast-paced and dynamic emergency room situations.
• Document care activities accurately while working within the Float Pools educational and non-productive hours.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with Emergency Room (ER) experience.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in a Float Pool or similar nursing environment is a plus.
