Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the emergency room, following established nursing standards and protocols
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff, providing guidance and leadership
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Utilize critical thinking and professional discretion to assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions
• Ensure accurate documentation of care and adherence to safety and quality standards
• Participate in educational activities and non-productive hours related to the Float Pool nursing department

Qualifications:
