Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Training Specialist for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Tampa, FL . This role will be remote.

Responsibilities : Professional Role: This is a professional-level role requiring deep expertise in a specific area, understanding of industry standards, and knowledge of how the team integrates with other business units.

Communication: Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are crucial for conveying complex information and handling sensitive situations.

Delivers various training programs (product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral, skills-based) in a virtual environment.

Utilizes adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods and media.

Delivers nationally developed curricula consistently.

Manages the learning environment to ensure desired learning outcomes and knowledge transfer.

Possesses knowledge of course content and materials.

Agile Environment: The role may operate within an adaptive, self-managed, cross-functional Agile development team. Required Skills : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Flexible availability to accommodate day and evening training sessions.

Ability to sit for extended periods for virtual training delivery.

Reliable personal internet connection and computer equipment.

Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to effectively lead groups and individuals.

Advanced problem-solving skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications and virtual learning technologies, particularly Zoom and Adobe Connect.

Skilled in facilitation skills.

Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Strong understanding of business concepts and practices. Preferred Skills : Minimum - years of experience in training delivery preferred.
