Position Summary
The Trainee Shift Supervisor role is an entry-level position designed to equip individuals for future supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. In this short-term position, you will engage in training that covers basic operations, management skills, and insights into our business culture focused on customer loyalty and exceptional service. After successfully completing the training program, you may qualify for promotion to available Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions, essential roles that help ensure effective store performance and foster consumer loyalty through outstanding customer experiences.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate effectively with store management and crew members.
Supervise the store crew by assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
Communicate information clearly between management and team members.
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and complaints.
Promote a culture of customer service excellence (greet, offer help, and thank customers).
Address customer relations issues according to company policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain customer and patient confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Strong deductive reasoning, analytical abilities, and computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior retail experience.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Time Type: Part-time
Pay Range: The typical pay range for this position is $16.00 - $23.00 per hour. Compensation depends on various factors, including experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
