Job Overview As a Retail Sales Representative (RSR), you will work as part of a Retail Team of Experts, embodying the T-Mobile brand. You'll help create excitement around T-Mobile's products and services and build strong connections with our customers. This role is designed for you to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment as you develop your expertise in technology and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by helping customers find the right solutions based on their needs. Demonstrate and educate customers about the latest technology in-store. Assist customers in discovering personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices. Maintain composure and integrity while navigating service and sales needs. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile's advanced coverage and services. Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of T-Mobile products and services. Engage with customers and store operations including cash handling as needed. Collaborate with T-Mobile Teams: Work alongside T-Mobile employees across business and customer service channels to improve customer experiences. Identify and refer small business leads. Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment. Your Qualifications: Strong advocate for customers with a passion for connecting with people. Competitive spirit and proven success in sales environments. Ability to collaborate with peers and learn from others. Skilled at balancing customer satisfaction with performance goals. 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
