As an independent tire and alignment shop, we combine top-quality service with a personal touch you wont find at big-box chains.Position OverviewThe Tire Technician is responsible for mounting and balancing tires, performing basic maintenance services, and supporting our shop team to deliver dependable, high-quality work for every customer.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMount, dismount, balance, and rotate tiresPerform flat repairs, valve stem replacements, and tire inspectionsComplete oil changes, fluid checks, and vehicle inspectionsAssist with brake pad/rotor replacements Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areasProvide excellent customer serviceWhat Were Looking ForPrior tire experience preferred, but training availableMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced shopTeam-oriented and safety-consciousValid drivers license requiredCompensation & Benefits$15$18/hr depending on experiencePerformance bonuses & tire/upsell spiffsOvertimeEmployee discounts on tires and partsPaid time off after probationary period recblid hqgoavx3cez40325g960vtuqlmcp6e
