What You'll Do as a Therapist Provide individual therapy services using evidence-based and client-centered approaches Develop, implement, and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing training opportunities Build strong therapeutic relationships grounded in empathy, trust, and ethical practice Collaborate with internal programs and community partners to support continuity of care Qualifications Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy. Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting). Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy. Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team. Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards. Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning. Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing.
