This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering impactful user insights that shape product strategy and design. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end UX research across complex, cross-functional projects Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (usability testing, interviews, heuristic evaluations, etc.) Translate research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Market Research teams Mentor and guide product design teams in user-centered design practices Maintain organized documentation of research findings and methodologies Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work Expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods (remote and in-person) Proven ability to lead research initiatives and influence product direction Strong communication and storytelling skills Must have an updated online portfolio (required for consideration) Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Retail or consumer-facing product experience preferred
