About the Role As a Temporary Retail Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while managing point of sale and customer service transactions. Your efforts will ensure operational efficiency and a memorable shopping experience for our customers. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them in navigating products and services. Operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and accurately handle various payment methods. Adhere to customer service standards, delivering courteous and efficient service in line with company guidelines. Strive to achieve individual targets, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups. Support inventory accuracy through the meticulous execution of point of sale and merchandise handling procedures. Help train new hires on best practice processes, point of sale operations, and the use of available tools, maintaining Kohl's brand standards. Engage in daily service tasks such as register balancing, change orders, and supply replenishment. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. What Skills You Have Exceptional customer service skills paired with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Effective verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills. No prior retail experience is necessary. Must be at least 16 years old. Availability should be flexible, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
