As a key player in our team, you will: Engage with customers from the initial greeting through post-sale interactions. Utilize leading sales techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals. Encourage team selling to help achieve both the store's sales targets and metrics. Assist with visual merchandising, store organization, and inventory management tasks. Operate the cash register efficiently at the point of sale. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, frequently bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder, and discern between various fabric patterns and colors. You may also have the chance to work across different store locations and brands voluntarily. Pay Range: $13.00 - $16.25/hour.
