Efficiently operate the cash register, scan items, bag purchases, and handle various payment methods. Consistently meet personal targets related to credit and loyalty programs. Maintain accurate inventory by adhering to proper point of sale standards. Support the training of new team members, sharing best practices and guiding them through procedures. Participate in daily tasks such as cash balancing and supply replenishment. Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. No prior retail experience is necessary. Must be at least 16 years of age. Availability for shifts that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more with assistance. Ability to engage in physical activities such as climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods. Capability to visually inspect merchandise and understand directives from management.
