What You'll Do: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Duluth brand and products to deliver friendly and solution-oriented service. Personalize customer interactions, from greeting to fitting room and register. Communicate promotions and sales effectively to enhance customer awareness. Capture customer emails to strengthen relationships and service standards. Be proactive and empowered to resolve customer issues positively. Answer phone calls courteously, provide store information, and assist with customer orders. Assist with receiving, processing, and replenishing inventory. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring the sales floor is welcoming. Uphold cleanliness standards across sales floor, stockroom, and other areas. Accurately process all transactions at the cash register. Follow all company policies and procedures diligently. Perform other duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience preferred but not required. Customer-centric mindset. Commitment to high standards and ownership in the store. Integrity and trustworthiness. Strong communication and listening skills. Team player with collaborative spirit. Willingness to perform additional tasks as directed. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Engage in frequent reaching, bending, and twisting movements. Utilize repetitive hand and finger motions and reach with arms. Lift up to twenty pounds regularly, with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Climb ladders and reach in various positions.
