About the role
Join our customer support team in Greenville, where you will be the first point of contact providing advice and technical support to our customers. Our incredible product support team are experts in troubleshooting with installers and are hands on with our products and technology from day one.
Delivering accurate technical product support to installers or customers via phone, email, or webchat.
Handling any sales or returns process requests
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving installation issues in a timely manner
Working closely with other teams within Paxton to trial and test new products or features
What are we looking for?
Experience in a phone-based or customer service based role is preferred but not essential.
Enthusiastic about exploring new technologies, with a natural flair for understanding technical systems and tools.
Working hours for this role are 11am - 8pm, Monday - Friday.
