Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation, including adhering to visual merchandising guidelines. Encourage customer participation in loyalty programs, warranties, and credit card offerings. Follow all safety and operational procedures diligently, ensuring a secure shopping environment. Foster an inclusive atmosphere for both customers and teammates, promoting respect and positivity. Support team efforts across various store functions as needed. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable working at heights over 4 feet using ladders or aerial devices. Willingness to perform repetitive motions as required. Target Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.00. Starting rate may vary based on factors such as location and prior experience. DICK'S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
