Your responsibilities will include: Creating attractive displays and end caps. Resetting shelves with effective product rotation. Monitoring inventory levels to optimize sales opportunities. Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. We offer: Competitive pay starting at $16.00 per hour. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and outgoing manner. You must be at least 18 years old. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and standing. Reliable transportation to and from your work location. 1-2 years of merchandising experience. Experience in leading and training team members. Capability to use a smartphone or tablet to track work after each shift. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. A motivated self-starter with a focus on results. Able to work independently as well as part of a successful team. A commitment to performing job duties safely in a retail setting.
