As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing in-store experiences for shoppers. Your responsibilities will include building attractive displays and end caps, resetting shelves with precise product rotation, and managing inventory to help both stores and suppliers optimize sales. Now, about you: You easily engage with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable way. You are 18 years or older. You can perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, moving, bending, and standing for extended periods. You have reliable transportation to and from the work location. You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience. You have experience in leading and training others. You can effectively use a smartphone or tablet to log work after each shift. You demonstrate superior customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members. You are a motivated self-starter with a strong action-oriented mindset.
