A pioneering and highly successful boutique Real Estate firm in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a bright and proactive Team PA to join their growing team. This newly created role will offer you the opportunity to support the impressive CEO and team, while also taking ownership of independent responsibilities that allow for genuine growth and progression.You’ll be based full-time in their luxury office, working alongside a warm, academic, and high-achieving team who are passionate about their work and collaborative in their approach.Duties involve: Supporting the CEO and the Team with day-to-day administration Answering incoming calls Scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones Booking international travel: flights, hotels, visas, restaurants, transport Preparing detailed travel itineraries Managing expenses and processing receipts Acting as a gatekeeper for the CEO Organising team and company events Preparing and formatting business documents and presentations Light office management and facilities support Assisting with social media and creative projects Supporting light finance admin and tracking What they’re looking for: 2–3+ years of PA or admin experience, ideally within a fast-paced, professional environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Experience booking complex international travel and managing expenses A warm, upbeat and professional demeanour Highly motivated, with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong academics is a plus This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and keen to work in a dynamic and close-knit team where your input will be valued and your career can flourish.
