In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in coordination, planning, administrative management, and operational duties in partnership with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division. As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you will: Mentor and support professional caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care. Ensure seamless patient access, communication, and transitions during their acute care stay. Provide visible leadership to nursing staff on your primary shift. Deliver competent and compassionate care consistently across various settings. Contribute to the development and evaluation of policies, programs, and services aligned with the hospital's mission and values. Guide unit-based staff and collaborate with other leaders to achieve both short- and long-term departmental goals.
