Description:
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will perform spend classification and categorization, create Power BI dashboards to support Direct & Indirect category management team with insights to support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports as per business requirements
Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation, including querying Snowflake views
Standardize data collection and reporting templates
Conduct data analysis and present findings in a clear, actionable manner
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights
Ensure data integrity and accuracy with thorough validation and testing
Support AI use case discoveries and partner with IT-Business Analytics team to implement AI usage to support supply chain.
Qualifications: Proven experience in data analysis, spend classification, and business intelligence
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide innovative solutions to data-related challenges
Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
Experience with Snowflake and other database management systems
Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes
Excellent data visualization skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications: Technical proficiency in Python, or R is a plus
Awareness/familiarity with AI usage
