The Superintendent is responsible for: Lead the day-to-day onsite operations of ground-up projects valued from $2M to $20M Oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and safety enforcement Maintain high-quality standards, ensure code compliance, and resolve field issues Partner closely with PMs and owners to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery Maintain accurate site documentation and utilize project management software

The right candidate will have: 5+ years as a Superintendent with a focus on ground-up hospitality, automotive, or retail construction Strong leadership skills and a track record of driving successful outcomes on projects in the $2M-$20M range MA CSL license required; OSHA 30 required; LEED AP a plus Procore experience preferred What's on Offer
