Store Manager Job Description
We are seeking high energy, positive, friendly and self motivated individuals to work with us to help manage our teams. We work a 5 day 45 hour average week with additional shifts being pro-rated based on your salary. We have a real bonus plan based on sales increases and Profit After Controllable Expenses.
Some Responsibilities • Lead by example • Interview potential employees • Train and supervise team members • Manage as a team • Fulfill duties associated with your area of responsibility including inventory and weekly meetings • Listen to and resolve team and guest concerns and or complaints • Receive and place orders • Maximize profitability and productivity • Motivating staff to provide a great guest experience • Ensure sanitation and safety compliance • EOE Supplemental pay
