Hobby Lobby offers a diverse selection of art and craft supplies, a large home accent department, and seasonal merchandise—all within a dynamic and ever-evolving environment. Your starting full-time salary is between $19.25 and $20.25 per hour, and you’ll typically work 40-48 hours per week, with hours generally from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closing the store two evenings a week, and working every other Saturday. Note that our regular store hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and we are closed on Sundays. Job Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service and engage positively with customers. Create and maintain appealing merchandise displays. Utilize basic computer skills for daily tasks. Exhibit a strong desire to learn and grow within the company. Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness. Provide references from previous work experiences.
