Summary Statement
This position is a technical lead for the state’s learning
management system. The incumbent serves as a functional expert and is
responsible for system configuration, testing, and training of system
administrators. This position leads the helpdesk team and serves as a
functional lead on the helpdesk ticketing solution. This position also
coordinates and facilitates training and meetings in support of statewide
training initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS for State Human Resource Manager I
Statewide Training Only: 1. Applicants must possess at least one of the following:
Possession of a Bachelors degree or higher.
OR
Four years of professional training experience supporting training management, training administration, employee development, organizational development, or human resource systems.
In addition to the above requirement, applicants must meet all of the job requirements below:
2. Two years’ experience in project management such as planning, developing, implementing, managing and evaluating projects to ensure objectives are met.
3. One year of experience in providing subject matter expertise to employees, management or others on inquiries and/or challenges relating to training, organizational development, or human resource systems.
4. One year of experience in researching, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and presenting findings on complex subject matter.
5. One year of experience in developing and evaluating policies or procedures.
6. Knowledge of staff supervision acquired through course work, academic training, training provided through an employer, or performing as a lead worker overseeing the work of others; OR supervising staff which may include planning, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating the work of others; OR supervising through subordinate supervisors a group of professional, technical, and clerical employees.
