Starbucks Associate Job Summary: Create the Starbucks experience for Food City shoppers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Essential Job Functions: Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!" Take customer orders, ensure orders are completed in a timely manner, and to the customers' satisfaction Prepare, bagging, pouring, and stocking Starbucks products, rotating items to ensure product quality and safety. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow associates. Engage with customer, offering product information, using suggestive selling techniques, and sampling products. Process cash register transactions using POS system. Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the culture, values, and the mission of both Food City and Starbucks. Consistently operate and tools and equipment, following all routine and safety procedures. Follow company food safety program and food-handling procedures.
