Starbucks Barista Position The starting hourly rate is $16.75 USD per hour. The pay range is $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour. The role of a Starbucks Barista offers skills and experiences including providing a consistent Starbucks experience, adhering to food safety and OSHA guidelines, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. As a Starbucks Barista, responsibilities include delivering fresh and abundant shopping experiences, upholding food and beverage standards, executing food and beverage processes, supporting the Starbucks Drive Up process, and maintaining an inviting dining area for guests. You will also engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations, produce handcrafted beverages, follow food safety requirements, and complete all required training and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products. Previous Starbucks/food service experience is preferred but not required.
