Job Type Full-time Description Position Overview The focus of the position provides and supports the accounting and analysis needs for the Johnson Fitness & Wellness stores, and the JHT Trading Inc. channels – Specialty, Retail Parts Sales, IPO SG/ eCommerce and Wellness. This is a non-supervisory role. Responsibilities Accounting: • Daily Bank reconciliation of cash accounts. • Communicate with Sales team about differences in payments received. • Provide other required sales and payment clearing reports to sales team and customers. • Filing of Business Registration and preparation of Sales/Use Tax returns. • Preparation of personal property tax returns • Maintaining fixed asset and depreciation schedules • Development and entry of monthly journal entries and reclassification. • Reconciliation and maintenance of assigned general ledger accounts. • Monthly reporting, other projects and analysis as assigned. Support Functions: • Provide information and assist with quarterly reviews and year end audit • Establish and work to accomplish all personal and departmental KPIs. • Assist others in the department when workload allows.
