Sr. Product Manager, Digital Health Applications

PRIMARY FUNCTION The Senior Product Manager will own a portfolio of patient- and clinician-facing digital applications that improve access, efficiency, and engagement. This leader will translate enterprise strategy into product roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes: higher visits-per-hour (VPH), improved provider workflows, and superior patient experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This list may not include all the duties that may be assigned. Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for patient and clinician digital apps. Partner with clinicians, operations, and technology teams to identify high-value features (scheduling, messaging, payments, clinical workflow support). Translate business needs into clear requirements, epics, and user stories for engineering. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital tools through measurement and feedback loops. Prioritize work using ROI-driven frameworks (impact vs effort). Align product releases with enterprise initiatives (VBC, Stars, Patient Experience).
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in health care, User Experience, Human Center Design or relevant area preferred. EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in healthcare or health-tech required. Experience in agile delivery and working closely with offshore engineering teams required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Proven track record building consumer-grade apps with measurable adoption. Strong understanding of clinical workflows and provider productivity drivers. Drives adoption through clear communication, training, and iteration. Leads agile teams with clarity, ensuring requirements are well-defined and releases are aligned with enterprise goals. Skilled at defining a compelling product vision that inspires cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong partnership skills with clinicians, operations, and tech teams to co-create high-impact features. Able to navigate competing priorities and build consensus across diverse groups.
