What to Expect
The Sr. Mobility Servicing Associate, Equipment Portfolio is responsible for the post-booking activities of the Signage Lease and Commercial Equipment portfolio, including servicing, facilitating contract modifications, rescheduling and lease assumption, collections and end-of-term processing ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the lifecycle of the lease and loan. As a dedicated point of contact for customers, this role plays a key part in maintaining exceptional service standards while working to both retain and grow the Signage Lease and Commercial Equipment Finance portfolio through proactive relationship management and high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
1.Commercial Equipment Financing Customer Service
Work with OEM, vendor and customers to support all financial services matters related to Signage Lease and Commercial Equipment Finance customer, including facilitation of contract modification, reschedules and lease assumption.
Review Signage Lease and Commercial Equipment Finance accounts for payment errors, any signs of fraud, or other issues and work with various departments and stakeholders to resolve the issues.
Handle inbound and outbound Signage Lease and Commercial Equipment Finance customer service calls, and assist the customers on day-to-day account management, including statements, payments, insurance or any other account issues.
Document all issues and generate reports for management.
Participate in regular month-end reconciliation activities and assist Accounting and Tax teams with timely month-end reports, resolving issues, and supporting ad hoc issues.
2.Commercial Equipment Portfolio Collections
·Manage the health of the portfolio of Signage Lease and Commercial Equipment Finance, by taking proactive actions to prevent delinquency and timely collections.
·Perform collections duties including payment reconciliation, delinquency queue management, customer outreach, payment negotiation, inbound call management, customer information maintenance, account recovery and resolution.
Participate in process and system upgrade requirement sessions and contribute to improving the collections efficiencies.
3.Manage Commercial Equipment Email and Voicemail Inboxes
·Respond to emails to the Signage Lease and Commercial Equipment Finance inbox within 24 hours.
·Respond to voicemails within 4 hours of receiving or by next business day if received after business is closed.
4.Signage Lease and Commercial Finance Asset Management Support
·Work with OEM, Dealer and 3rd party vendors to manage asset updates, changes or damage replacements.
Work with underwriting, legal, 3rd party vendor and OEM on process of contract amendments and contract assumption for the customers
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
·Minimum 4- 6 years related financial services including commercial financing.
·Knowledge of Daybreak, KSIOP, CRM, and/or ALFA preferred.
·Background in auto finance or dealer finance services a plus.
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
·Strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
·Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain relationships and work with 3rd party vendors.
·Ability to restructure a contract with Legal department and facilitate rescheduling or lease assumption.
·Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences.
·Ability to thrive in a performance coaching
environment.
