Key Responsibilities:Lead and support local marketing efforts to drive growth and engagement across 200+ dealership locations.Serve as the primary point of contact for regional leadership teams on all marketing-related initiatives, providing strategic guidance and executional support.Develop and manage a comprehensive regional marketing calendar that aligns with corporate priorities and regional business needs.Ensure consistent and brand-aligned marketing materials are produced and deployed across departments, optimizing for both effectiveness and cost-efficiency.Coordinate and execute local community engagement programs, including sponsorships, partnerships, and on-site event activations to engage customers and build brand loyalty.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor marketing content for specific markets.Monitor regional marketing performance and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimize impact and ROI.Implement scalable processes and templates to streamline support for dealerships and enhance operational efficiency.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in marketing account management, field marketing, operations, or marketing project management.Strong experience working in a cross-functional environment, managing relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.Comfortable analyzing and reporting on marketing efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver measurable results.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience in the automotive, RV, or retail industry preferred, but not required.Pay Range:$89,565.00-$130,620.00 AnnualIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
