The Position: We are seeking a Senior Job Captain to join our dynamic teams working on either Restaurants, Hospitality, or Retail. This is a full-time opportunity based in Irvine or San Diego with a flexible hybrid schedule. The role is central to transforming design concepts into detailed construction documents and ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from development through construction.

What You’ll Do: Collaborate with project managers and design teams to develop project schedules, plans, and deliverables. Translate design concepts into precise construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications. Coordinate drawings and consultant deliverables to align with project objectives. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Perform quality control reviews of drawings and specifications to maintain accuracy and excellence. Support construction administration tasks, including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and site visits. Leverage Revit and other design software to deliver efficient, high-quality project documentation.
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 4+ years of architectural experience with strong exposure to project coordination and documentation. Project Exp (Any/all): Restaurants | Retail | Hospitality | Production Proficiency in Revit and industry-standard design software. Solid understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods. Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
