As a Sr. Field Service Technician -Terminals/Enraf products here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and services to our customers for Terminals/Enraf products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our clients.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and youll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our Terminals/Enraf products, ensuring that our customers can effectively manage their operations and maximize productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enraf Tank Gauging Systems: Installing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining Honeywell Enraf tank gauging equipment for accurate liquid level measurements.
- Terminal Automation: Managing systems that control loading, unloading, and transfer of bulk liquids.
- System Integration: Ensuring Enraf systems integrate with instrumentation and I&E personnel and other automation platforms.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on product operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or a similar technical role
- Experience with Honeywell Enraf, FMC, or similar tank gauging systems
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
