Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Fire Sprinkler Service Specialist to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for performing fire sprinkler service repairs and maintenance. What You’ll Do

Acts as “our customer’s best service provider” at all times thereby ensuring Convergint is the customer’s first choice for service.
Testing and Inspecting of Sprinkler Systems in specified buildings.
Perform Fire Sprinkler repairs and maintenance.
Completes accurate and detailed service reports for customer and Convergint in a timely manner to allow for accurate invoicing and job cost tracking.
What You’ll Need
Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
To be a self-starter and work well with direct supervision.
Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools such as drill, screwdriver, hacksaw, pipe wrench).
Experience in servicing and repairing fire sprinkler type systems to include; wet systems, dry systems, pre-action, deluge, standpipes, fire pumps, hydrants and backflows.
Good working knowledge of NFPA-25 and other applicable codes and standards.
Ability to obtain security clearances

Requirements:
Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of previous, relevant experience.
Preferred Certifications: NICET 1 and/or NICET 2
