This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide essential support to students from PreK through 8th grade across multiple school sites in Littlerock, CA. Serving a caseload of approximately 55 students, you will play a vital role in enhancing communication skills and promoting academic success for diverse learners in a dynamic educational environment during the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
  • Providing direct therapy services across 2-3 school locations
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school protocols
  • Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (State-specific credentials as required)
  • Experience working with PreK-8 populations in school settings
  • Strong assessment, treatment, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 55 students effectively
  • Flexibility to provide services across multiple sites

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a schedule of 37.5+ hours per week, offering stable contract employment within a supportive school environment.
