Job Summary :

Responsibilities : • Design and develop net new conversational ad experiences on the Search page • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across our advertising ecosystem • Pioneer new approaches to conversational AI and natural language interactions in advertising • Shape the future of how businesses connect with customers through advertising • Create scalable systems to deliver explicitly personalized ad experiences

Qualifications : Required : • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience • Experience programming with at least one software programming language • Passionate about Generative AI, Large Language Models, and their real-world applications • Strong software engineering skills • Creative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and loves tackling complex challenges • Track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive business impact • Enthusiasm for staying current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape

Preferred : • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
