Your responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards achievement to meet sales and profit goals; fostering customer satisfaction; developing team skills through training and evaluation; recruiting and selecting team members; enforcing company policies; and performing operational and strategic duties. Job Requirements: At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer Knowledge of operating POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware Ability to interpret instructions in various formats Availability to work days, nights, and weekends Our Total Rewards include: Base pay, $19.80 – $25.20, plus sales commission. Final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
