Responsibilities Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience is required.
