Overview Bon Appetit is hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position. Location: Santa Clara University - 301 Market Street, Santa Clara, CA 95053. Online applications accepted only. Job Summary Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and address underperformance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Act as the point of contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Requirement: Previous catering experience required. Compensation and Schedule Pay Range: $28.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour. Schedule: Full-time schedule; flexible.
