As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during your shift. Your primary responsibilities will include: Ensuring all company standards and policies are adhered to by the team. Effectively managing costs and controlling expenses. Communicating clearly with team members, supervising their tasks to ensure efficient completion. Managing inventory levels and reordering supplies as needed. Adjusting the Par Prep Sheet to guarantee that fresh products are always available for our guests. Monitoring and guiding crew members as they perform their duties, reallocating labor to optimize operations. Delivering exceptional service to guests, responding to feedback, and resolving any complaints promptly. The Shift Supervisor should demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude while fulfilling job responsibilities. A caring approach toward guests and team members, along with a commitment to maintaining high operational quality and cleanliness, is essential. This role also involves basic administrative duties which require proficiency with computers. To excel in this position, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain acceptable cash variance levels, have reliable transportation, and consistently present a professional image and positive demeanor. This position requires standing for up to 8 hours and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will also need to perform motions including pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous hand and wrist activity.
