As a Shift Manager at Altitude Trampoline Park, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations by either opening or closing the facility, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will lead and direct Team Members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone can excel. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer questions and concerns, ensuring a top-notch experience for all guests. Additionally, you will assist in various areas of the facility as needed, adapting to the dynamic environment of our entertainment center.
