Key responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, keeping store operating smoothly, making smoothies, and thanking guests. This is a fun and flexible job with a variety of shifts available and potential for growth and development. Responsibilities Welcome guests as they enter the establishment and guide them, if necessary, to where they can sit or stand to place an order Answer any questions guests may have about smoothie king ingredients, portion sizes, and how the food is prepared Take guest orders, guiding them with selections and making recommendations if requested Operate cash registers to process cash, app, and credit card payments for orders Prepare and package food quickly and consistently according to company standards Strictly adhere to current sanitation and food safety regulations Come to work dressed and prepared for your shift Maintain a clean and orderly store and lobby Foster an environment of teamwork Punctuality and communication are important training and cross training and more Qualifications Previous food handling or customer service experience appreciated but not required Ability to work a minimum of 35-40 hours part time or full time per week on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Ability to follow established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products or services to the guests Ability to always have a good attitude and work as a team to solve problems when needed.
