The ideal Shift Supervisor candidate is a confident decision maker who is ready to learn. Must be an effective communicator bot verbally and in written form. This individual should be willing and ready to lead a team each shift and help train team members. In this role you will: Train and reinforce food safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Manage food and labor costs
Follow company policies and operating systems
Provide team member training
Anticipate issues and take corrective actions during shift
