Job Description:

Duck Donuts is looking for an individual with a minimum of 1-3 years in food handling designated and ServSafe Manager experienced. The candidate must have an upbeat, friendly and motivating personality with strong operational, interpersonal and leadership skills. This person should have the ability to take initiative and effectively resolve conflicts.

Job Details:

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures the store accomplishes its mission, which is to deliver a great product and outstanding guest service in a clean and welcoming atmosphere Responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant GM with maintaining and increasing sales and profits for the store location through administrative duties, cash and inventory controls and execution of policies and procedures. Responsible for supporting team members in achieving store goals including sales, labor, mystery shop goals and Quality Assurance expectations. May be responsible for supporting administrative duties, cash and inventory controls and execution of policies and procedures for team members and store. Requirements Shift Lead and/or management experience required Food handling management certified required ServSafe Certfication(s) in Management

Company Information It all began on the sandy beaches of the Outer Banks in Duck, North Carolina. There, Russ DiGilio and his family would enjoy relaxing and fun vacations... but something was missing, there were no fresh donuts! So, they decided to create their own... and Duck Donuts was born.
