Ice Cream Jubilee is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Shift Lead to assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations. The Shift Lead will be responsible for supervising scoopers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including meeting sales goals, staffing, inventory, and customer service. * Supervise scoopers and provide guidance and support as needed. * Open and close the shop as required, including handling cash transactions and reconciling cash drawers. * Ensure that all scoopers are following proper food safety and sanitation procedures. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking inventory. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. * Assist with training and onboarding new scoopers. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop Manager.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or supervisory role preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations. * Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
