*Job Summary*
A Shift Lead is required to deliver the ultimate guest experience. The team member should be knowledgeable, efficient, and have a positive attitude. Juicers should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of all Nekter product nutritional information and clearly communicate this information to both guests and team members in the store.
*Note: qualified individuals can start as shift leads!*
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* Craft hand-made juices, smoothies and acai bowls to Nekter specifications * Provide excellent customer service from the register to the pickup counter and beyond * Operate the cash register * Clean, sweep, sanitize, mop and maintain cleanliness of the store * Rinse and wash product before serving * Stock supplies on an on-going basis * Open/Close the store * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products * Know and effectively execute Nekter Juice Bar promotions
*Skills & Abilities*
* Food handler card provided prior to employment * Must be at least 16 years of age * Communication skills * Multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Extended periods of standing (4-8 hours) * May require some bending and lifting a minimum of 40lbs

Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
