Responsible for opening the back door for deliveries. Completing product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and providing change at registers. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging customers, resolving issues, and sharing service best practices. Managing store keys, assisting with warehouse and vendor orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. Supporting inventory management, pricing, store cleanliness, and compliance with regulations. Participating in training, obtaining required certifications, and communicating effectively with team members and management.
Minimum requirements include: One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience. Fluency in English (excluding Puerto Rico).
This is a full-time position with a pay range of $17 - $19 per hour. The role is not applicable for seniority level classification and falls under management and manufacturing functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
