We are looking for a well-qualified and motivated Service Writer / Warranty Claims Processor to join our Service team. Applicant must have extensive customer service experience. With at least 2 years of experience processing warranty claims in powersports, marine, auto, or another related field. Applicant needs to be adaptable, dependable, and trustworthy.

*Responsibilities:*

· Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns, also provide timely responses

· Educate customers about the store’s products, services, and offers

· Schedule appointments, take parts orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payments in our Lightspeed software

· Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff

· Manage complaints, returns, and resolve customer grievances

· Record customer details and transactions

· Serve as a customer relationship manager

· Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the store

*Skills and Qualifications:*

· Proven experience in warranty claims, sales, customer relations, or related positions

· Knowledgeable in computer applications and industry-specific software

· Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and listening skills

· Patient disposition and ability to resolve conflicts

· High school diploma or equivalent
