Description: The ideal service technician has at least 2 years' experience and is willing to work both residential and commercial HVAC projects across the Upstate. Our technicians are electronically dispatched from home and are not required to report to the main office before or after every shift. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all brands and types of HVAC systems Proven success with Chillers, Boilers, VAVs, Pumps, Split units, Package Units, RTUs, Compressors Work individually on service calls, changing compressors as needed Proficiency in brazing and soft soldering techniques to join metals and components, ensuring strong, reliable connections in various projects Operate cranes and other aerial lift machinery Assist with start-ups on new installations On-call service Service the entire upstate SCHEDULE: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday On call every 4 6 weeks for 1 week at a time Overtime SERVICE AREA: We service the entire Upstate of SC including Greenville County, Laurens County, Anderson County, and some areas of Western North Carolina Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Driver's license Clean driving record and background check Universal EPA card Drug testing 2+ year of HVAC service experience (commercial and/or residential) Personally own all trade related tools (vacuum pump, recovery machine, Torches and leak detector provided by us) Must live within 45 minutes of Laurens, SC main office BENEFITS: Performance bonus Industry-best drive time policy Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Paid time off Compensation details: 28-38 Hourly Wage PI06059b9e55a2-26289-38063191
