Summary
The Service Operations Administrator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth execution of new customer and partner rollouts, conducting audits, preparing for meetings, coordinating conference participation, and maintaining historical data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following . Other duties may be assigned. Provide support to the Service OperationsManagement team during new customer and new service partner rollout processes. Process Partner Intake Form and onboarding paperwork, including W9s, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and Partner Agreements. Conduct regular audits on service partner account status. Collaborate with Service OperationsManagement to create and analyze reports. Compile information on current and previous partner companies. Assist Service OperationsManagement in researching and identifying potential leads for business opportunities. Maintain escalation contacts for prompt resolution of audit findings. Generate weekly and monthly reports, categorized by company for Service Network Management review. Compile information on current and previous partner companies. What's In It For You ?
